Don’t Worry About Your Bulbs – Landscaping & Lawncare

The spells of warm weather we’ve been having lately have some poor confused daffodils thinking it’s time to bloom. If you’ve seen little green shoots poking out of the ground, don’t worry too much about them – flowers that grow from bulbs are resilient and should survive the coming snow. But you can help them a bit. If you put a sheet over your sprouting flowers, you’ll help protect them from the freezing temperatures. If the snow is expected to be heavy, putting a bucket over the sheet will offer even more protection and help prevent them from breaking. Need more advice? Give us a call here at Blass Residential Services and ask for one of our landscaping experts. Yep, we do that!
